Ology Brewing Co [Northside]

Ology Brewing Co [Northside] in Tallahassee, Florida, operates as a craft brewery and distillery. The business produces craft beers, including IPAs, stouts, sours, and lagers, as well as handcrafted spirits such as gin, vodka, and rum.

New beers are added regularly to the tap list, with some examples being Sensory Overload, a hazy IPA with citrus and tropical fruit flavors, and Sour Rainbow Colored Glasses, a tart beer with fruity and refreshing flavors.
